1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Liquid Gold Tracker (the "App"), operated by Liquid Gold Lab LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, our website at liquidgoldlab.com (the "Site"), or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Terms

To access certain features of the App, you may create an account using your email address and a password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly at hello@liquidgoldlab.com of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

The App offers optional premium subscriptions:

• Monthly: $6.99/month
• Yearly: $54.99/year

Subscriptions are processed and managed entirely through Apple's In-App Purchase system. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms of service regarding billing, renewal, and cancellation. Key points:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies
• Prices may change; we will provide notice before any price increase takes effect

We do not directly process payment information. All billing inquiries should be directed to Apple Support.

5. User Content

The App allows you to enter, upload, and store personal data including feeding logs, pump sessions, baby information, and photos ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the App's functionality.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or that infringes on the rights of others.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers — Not Medical Advice

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All information, content, and features provided through the App — including feeding tracking, developmental insights, and informational articles — are for general informational and organizational purposes only.

The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your pediatrician, lactation consultant, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding your or your child's health.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or tracked in the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• In no event shall Liquid Gold Lab LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liquid Gold Lab LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where practical, notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
